It offers high extended ceilings, large sliding windows, heated concrete floors, and a beautiful seamless micro-cement bathroom. We've furnished it with local and designer art and furniture to provide a boutique retreat experience.

The spacious suite includes a large covered private deck ideal for sunbathing, sunset viewing, whale and bird spotting, or even storm-watching. The kitchenette, equipped with a sink, microwave, horizontal fridge, and handmade tableware, is perfect for preparing light meals. The suite offers a Japanese-style king-size bed with a comfortable organic wool mattress crafted in Canada and sheets made of organic fine linen. Soft Moroccan wool rugs add a comforting touch.

For a true boutique spa experience, Hijiki provides a fragrant private cedar sauna that lets you relax while facing the ocean and shoreline.

Additionally, you can access a common area with several lounge chairs surrounding an ocean-front gas fireplace. There's also a relaxing area with two cedar sunk tubs, a cold cedar plunge tub, and lounge chairs under outdoor heaters.

Located optimally, the Hijiki suite provides direct access to the Wild Pacific Trail and is just a 5-minute drive from downtown Ucluelet. The airport is a 20-minute drive through the stunning Pacific Rim National Park.

The Nami Project blends Japanese room style, Scandinavian minimalism, and Pacific North West coziness with the beauty of the ocean and forest.
